The ABUS 70 Series Padlock has a solid brass body sealed in a protective vinyl cover with drainage channels to protect the cylinder against water and dirt. The shock absorbing vinyl casing prevents damage to polished surfaces.

The inner components are made from rust-free materials and a precision pin tumbler cylinder with a paracentric keyway for increased protection against manipulation. The shackle is made from hardened steel and fitted with a vinyl jacket. Double bolted for increased security. Self-locking, the padlock can be locked without a key by pushing the shackle down.

Ideal for use in severe weather conditions, e.g. in coastal regions or ports, to secure goods on vehicles and boats in outdoor use. To secure valuables/goods of medium value or at an average risk of theft.
