The Makita DGA463 Brushless LXT Grinder is fitted with an on/off slide switch and lock-on function for ease of use. The brushless motor provides increased efficiency. It has a variable speed control dial with built-in Automatic Torque Drive Technology: automatically changes the cutting speed according to load condition for optimum operation.

This grinder features a number of safety features: anti-restart function, electric brake, soft start, electronic current limiter for overload protection and Active Feedback Sensing Technology (AFT): shuts down the tool to protect the user if the rotation speed suddenly slows down. The body features an ergonomic soft grip for reduced fatigue during prolonged use. There is also a handy battery fuel gauge and removable dust covers.
